Confident Body, Confident Child (CBCC) is an evidence-based resource providing parenting strategies to promote positive body image, healthy eating, and physical activity in children aged two to six. The resource aims to support and guide parents or guardians in creating an environment where their children can develop body satisfaction and healthy eating patterns. Although designed for early childhood use, the resource's ideas will also be valuable for older children.

Love Your Tree is an arts-based program for people of all ages focused on cultivating self-compassion, body acceptance, and positive mental well-being through creativity, community connection, and self-reflection.
