Resilient Body

Impact Week

Body Image & Body Confidence affect more than an individual.

Learn how sustainability impacts our community and why building self-confidence is imperative to meeting the UN’s sustainable development goals

The focus of Resilient Body Impact Week:

Welcome to Resilient Body Impact Week, a seven-day event that connects personal healing with global change through lecture series. White Pine Center has created this week to help spearhead and achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals through strengthening self-confidence, improving body image, and addressing the impacts of eating disorders and disordered eating can influence the wellbeing of entire communities.

When individuals feel safe, nourished, and respected in their own bodies, they are more able to participate fully in society, build healthier relationships, and contribute to a more compassionate and equitable world. This week invites you to learn, reflect, and imagine how caring for your own body and story can create ripples of sustainability, inclusion, and hope for years to come.

How White Pine Center is meeting these goals

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
